Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ES Easy Soft CY ltd collects, uses, shares, retains and secures your personal data when you use My Missions application (the “Application”).

Collection, Usage and Sharing:
The Application collects/receives the following personal data pertaining to the user of the Application when accessing and using it:

Name
Phone number
Address
Email address
IMEI of mobile
Employment date
Pictures and footage of a camera

The above data is used to create profiles for the users, users’ fleet and drivers, in addition, to create POI’s for each user. As for the pictures and footage of a camera, they are used to monitor the behavior of the driver and for the headcount inside the vehicle. This personal data will not be shared with any third party.

Limitation of Usage and Sharing of the Information
The data collected as per the above paragraph is solely used for the purpose of the Application’s scope of operation. It will neither be used for any other purpose or application nor shared with any other party that is not involved in the scope and/or the operation of the Application, without the written consent of the personal data owner.
Exception: In case any information is compelled by law or by any authority or regulator in any country in which ES Easy Soft CY ltd (the “Company”) operates, the latter will be complying with these laws, decisions and/or orders and will be sharing any data requested or required to be shared.

Access or Request for Change of Personal Data
Each user of the Application can request access to his/her personal data and can request to amend, update, change and or delete any or all personal data pertaining to the user collected or saved on the Application. For such requests, the user can send an email to info@easysoft.com.lb and our team will attend to the user’s request.

Retention of Personal Data
Personal data collected and saved on the application are saved on the Company’s servers for the period necessary to serve the user and for the purpose of provision of the services and features offered by the Application that will not exceed a period of ten (10) years.
Following this period, all the personal data and all copies of it will be deleted from the Company’s files and servers.
Any data kept saved in the Company’s servers and files for a period of more than as mentioned above, will be anonymized and the person to whom the subject data pertains will not be specified nor identifiable.

Secure Data Handling
The personal data collected by the Application will be used, saved and accessed by our team in a highly secured environment and servers. Our security system is continuously updated and secured with the latest security systems and techniques.

Updating the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy might be updated from time to time. The latest version of our Privacy Policy will remain posted on the Application and on the Play Store.
